Any claims regarding printing errors/damages/defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost during transportation, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
If there are printing errors/damages/defects in the product, please provide us with photos or videos of the damage or defects via email. We will have official customer service personnel contact you to handle it. There are multiple processing methods for you to choose from: return, replacement, or refund.
For packages lost in transit(the order has not been delivered), we will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Also, we may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer whether the shipping address was correct. It would be much appreciated if your customer help to double-check with the local post office to try locating the lost order..
If the address provided by you or your end customer is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. in this case, any costs incurred for reshipping after reconfirming the address will be liable to you.
The essence of printing is a chemical process, and we may not be able to guarantee 100% consistency.
Therefore, we kindly request that the actual product be taken as the standard and believe that any color deviation will be within an acceptable tolerance range.
